Shield Update + QoL Changes + Bug Fixes

Added a shield to the game which can be using by holding Space.

Added an arrow pointing towards the portal when all enemies are killed.

Added a death screen that displays the run's stats.

Fixed multiple bugs.

Added an Android version with on-screen controls.
